Summer Internship Curriculum
Are you ready to take control of your future and build your own business? The Thomas Bradley Entrepreneurship Program is looking for driven individuals to join our team and start a rewarding career in Property & Casualty Insurance.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance license and develop your own business selling insurance products. You’ll have an assigned territory and will market to friends, family, and businesses while also identifying opportunities for Health and Life Insurance referrals
Your Responsibilities:
- Earn your Property & Casualty License (Fully Supported)
- Attend one-week Sales School.
- Implement effective marketing strategies both in-person and online.
- Prospect & approach potential clients
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Master the art of closing sales and securing referrals
- Ensure customer follow-up for long-term success
What We Offer:
- $4,800 guaranteed for Summer, plus commission on all of your sales
- 60% Commission on all Property & Casualty Insurance sales
- Study materials & exam fees covered ($400 value)
Executive Sales Officer
